Operations Supervisor

We’re currently seeking a self-motivated and organized OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR to based out of our New York City store who possesses a strong commitment to ensuring that all procedures are fulfilled successfully. The Operations Supervisor will maintain accurate inventory controls, replenish merchandise and stock as needed as well as communicate with team members to ensure key metrics and standards are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate has a sense of urgency and can perform in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.


  • Directs day to day workflow and communication throughout the Back of House
  • Manages labor schedule and receiving supplies, as needed
  • Trains, leads and assists Back of House employees
  • Ensures all inbound & outbound orders are received, processed, and fulfilled successfully
  • Sets and tracks production goals
  • Keeps all operational process running smoothly
  • Quick, calm and accurate in a fast-paced environment
  • Manages digital transfer process through software system to maintain accurate inventory management
  • Will be a partner to the Assistant General Manager and help on sales floor as needed


  • At least one year Fulfillment Center, Warehouse experience, or something similar
  • Keen eye for quality and detail
  • Ability to take direction and execute accordingly
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong operations accumen
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekend availability & increased hours during the holidays
  • Strong collaboration and organization skills
  • Ability to stand for the duration of work shift and walk/move continuously
  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs
  • Ability to work in a consistent and repetitive work environment
  • Must be able to tolerate conditions associated with no air conditioning
  • Ideally 1-2 years of management/leadership experience in a Fulfillment environment
  • Ideally experience in high-end retail
